Jeep Safari, an ideal vehicle for small groups of up to 6 people, including families, friends, or colleagues. The jeep safari offers the perfect opportunity to explore the diverse wildlife of Jim Corbett and is particularly advantageous for tiger sightings and photography. The best time to enjoy the jungle jeep safari in Jim Corbett National Park is from November to June. However, our jeep safari services are available throughout the year, excluding the monsoon season when Bijrani and Dhikala zones are closed due to road conditions affected by heavy rainfall. Explore the various forest zones of Dhikala, Bijrani, Jhirna, Dhela, Sonanadi, Durgadevi, and Sitabani, each offering unique wildlife experiences. The entry gate to the park is at Dhangari Gate, approximately 17 kilometers away from Ramnagar city on the Ranikhet road. Jeep Safari  Timings: Summer:
    • Morning: 6:00 am to 10:00 am
    • Evening: 2:00 pm to 6:00 PM
Winter:
    • Morning: 6:30 am to 10:30 am
    • Evening: 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm

Important Guidelines for Jeep Safari Booking

  1. Booking Window: Jeep Safari bookings for Jim Corbett National Park open 45 days in advance, allowing visitors to plan and secure their safari experience.

  2. Safari Timings: Jeep Safaris are available in the morning and evening, providing opportunities to explore the park during these specific time slots.

  3. Morning and Evening Slots: Morning safari operates from 6:00 am to 11:00 am, while the evening safari runs from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm, offering diverse wildlife viewing experiences.

  4. Timing Adjustments: Timings are subject to change due to adverse weather conditions or emergencies. Any modifications will be communicated promptly.

  5. Government-Approved ID Proof: For safari booking, a Government of India-approved ID proof with the individual’s name, age, and gender is mandatory. Acceptable IDs include Driving License, PAN Card, Voter ID, AADHAR Card, Passport, etc.

  6. ID Verification: Carry the approved ID proof during the jeep safari tour, as it will be checked at the jungle entrance gate. Incorrect information presentation is the individual’s responsibility.

  7. Belongings Responsibility: Visitors are solely responsible for their belongings during the safari. Secure personal items to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

  8. Jeep Safari Zones: Jeep Safaris are available in Dhikala, Bijrani, Jhirna, Dhela, Sonanadi, Durgadevi, and Sitabani Forest zones of Jim Corbett National Park.

  9. Non-Refundable Booking: The confirmed booking amount for Jeep Safari is non-refundable, non-replaceable, and non-transferable as per jungle safari booking regulations.

  10. Jeep Service Point: Jeep services will be available at a common point, such as Corbett Reception, Ramnagar, Dhangari Gate, Corbett, providing a convenient starting point for the safari adventure.

  11. Entry Permit Provision: Entry permits to Jim Corbett National Park are provisional and may be subject to changes or cancellations without prior intimation.

  12. Entry and Exit Restrictions: Entry to the National Park is strictly prohibited after sunset. Visitors are urged to abide by this rule for their safety.

  13. On-Vehicle Safety: While on a jeep safari, it is strictly prohibited to get down from the vehicle. This rule is in place for the safety of visitors and the wildlife.

  14. No Pets Allowed: Pets are not permitted inside the Corbett Tiger Reserve, so visitors are advised not to bring pets during the holiday tour.

  15. Wildlife Protection Cooperation: All visitors to Corbett Tiger Reserve are expected to abide by the rules and regulations of the Wildlife Protection Act. Cooperation from visitors is appreciated for the protection of wildlife.
